|Recommended: NoMy Heat — My apartment is still cold at night . I have purchase a heater . The vents are blowing out cool air . Please check the fan on my heater please

|Recommended: YesChristiana Reserve — Quiet neighborhood, available parking space, great layout. Love the fireplace, brings a more home feel to the apartment. A bit noisy with certain neighbors but all around good development. Staff and maintenance crew are very polite and professional. Only thing is they could work on the garbage scheduling. A lot of overloaded cans that create mess.

|Recommended: YesIt’s A Great Place. — The staff are amazing at returning calls and emails promptly. Maintenance is great with fixing things in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet even tho it’s cold right now I’m sure this place will be amazing in the summer too.

|Recommended: YesCozy — I just moved here and was super iffy about the apartment, because I hadn't physically seen it prior to move in. I had seen some reviews that made me double think about me making the move here. I was surprised when I finally did move, to see how cozy and clean the place was. There are some things that can be tweaked, but overall the area has been quiet, clean, and comfortable. I will do a review again in a few months and let you guys know. But so far this is a place I recommend. The move in experience also was smooth. I saw people complain about the ladies at the office, but I must say they were super helpful through out my experience. So a big shout out to Marisa and Wilan They always got back to me at a timely manner, and also answered all my questions to the best of their abilities.

|Recommended: NoNot What I Expected — I have had unresolved problems since I moved in. I was informed that the problems would be fixed in 2 weeks. It’s now 13 weeks later and some issues are still unresolved.
