|Recommended: NoIt's Okay — I have been here now for two months and I already looking for another place to live once my lease is up. When I moved in I had issue with my oven and my dryer. I called and placed a maintains request in for both of them. My dryer smell like something was died in it and it was taking a long time to dry. It took them three weeks for them to come and when they came the guy told me and showed me that there was a died bird and nest in the dryer holes or in the dryer bay.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Fine However I Wish The Landing Area Was Cleaner. — I would recommend this place, and I did 2 weeks after moving in. Some small flaws but they can be taken care of. My apartment area at the 1st floor could use some cleaning up just normal trash from the outside developing under the stairs.

|Recommended: YesBest Place Ever — Moved in back in January , property is quiet, maintenance is on point fixed my ac unit right away. They have also provided information about help from different agency's threw this entire Covid Pandemic . I have never been so happy with my place before. Neighbors all watch out for each other and are very polite. I recommend Christiana Reserves to everyone FYI I don't work at this property and I am a Realtor.

|Recommended: NoAweful Do Not Waist Your Time — Terrible management. Birds, squirrels, flies from dead animals in walls in actual unit Took days for maintenance to check it out nothing was resolved. Moving as a result. Been here a year and it’s been a nightmare. Your better off pitching a tent Management could care less Do not give them your money

|Recommended: YesOkay First Apartment — We have had maintenance issues that aren’t fixed, have had problems with bees on the balcony but other then that I really did like the apartment, has a nice layout and it’s a good community.

|Recommended: YesNeighborhood Needs Work — The neighborhood is peaceful, the walls and floors are solid which are good for noise reduction.The rooms are nice sizes with a nice size deck. There are a few issues that can be fixed immediately and one that would take time. There is 1 dumpster for about 10 buildings, that is not enough dumpster for the amount of trash being thrown out, hint the trash piling up next to the dumpster. The parking lot needs more street lights, it is pitch black whenever the sun goes down which is not safe. The parking is terrible, after 8pm you have to park far from your building to get a parking spot. Keep in mind that at night it is pitch black and in the early mornings.

|Recommended: YesMy Two Year Experience As A Tenant. — I've been a tenant for two and a half years now. I have great neighbors. My building is very peaceful. I enjoy a quiet scenery of large pines from my patio. In the winter I enjoy my wood burning fire place. Very nice feel. Overall I enjoy my living here. I would like to see the exterior hallways in my building cleaned more often. Other than that its cool beans😊

|Recommended: YesI Think The Property Is Very Nice And Clean For The Most Part. Very Spacious. — Leasing office is not very responsive after you sign the lease. Very hard to get in touch with. Other than that, the actual property is great. Very spacious with a lot of closet space. Pretty quiet so far and good parking availability.
