|Recommended: NoIn Fair Conditions — It is quite , but maintenance has a back log, and it takes a long while to get things fixed. The Dumpster is constantly being over flow with thrash, so high like a mountain, thrash all around the ground.The steps and landing on each floors has thrash everywhere, the up Keep can be better, it doesn’t have any curb appeal, and weeds need cutting.

|Recommended: YesI've Only Been Here For 2 Months But So Far Management Is Really Kind And Responsive When It Comes To Returning Emails Or Phone Calls. — I tell everyone that the apartments are a really nice size, comfy and the management is very good at their job. I've recommended a couple of people to come check out the living space and complex.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Great property for the price, some issues as all apartment complexes have. Trash areas near main roads are bad, non residents constantly dumping big trash, management notified, no solutions, really an eye sore. Maintenance is good if you keep on them, no issues with that at all. Overall 4 5.

|Recommended: NoNeeds Work — Knowing there’s insects coming from the drain of the tub and that insects nest inside Our windows Bird droppings swear the top of our windows unable to clean pins And nails and screws have been found on the floors of every room in this apartment rotten decomposing stench from the exhaust of the dishwasher knobs of closets are falling off cracks chips and sloppy plaster repairs. I am not confident I chose the rite community to raise my child I would like some re assurance that this not the quality of life I should expect going forward here at Christiana Reserve. When asked if recommend you to a friend I selected no at this moment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live, Nice Community — This property has been a great home for us over the course of almost two years. I love being able to have an inhouse washer and dryer. The property is beautiful and neighbors are pretty friendly in the building we live in. We rather move to a larger apartment within christiana reserve than trying to find another living community because we know of the community and all the accommodations that are offered Great place to live and in a central location to a lot of stores.

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Great Place To Live, Neighbors Stay To Themselves. — Great apartment complex, but we need maintenance out here, because of a quite of few issues but sometimes if they come out for several different things, half of the issues don't get fixed, I put a work order in for the front door about 4 or 5 months ago and I went back into the portal later and no one ever came out but it was marked as completed I wonder who did that And the worse part is no one has still yet to fix it

|Recommended: YesIt’s A Great Starter Apartment — I’ve enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is on the slower side but the front office is awesome.
|Recommended: YesGood Location Close To A Lot Of Populated Areas — I would recommend living here it's pretty close to bars, and out of state locations. The staff here is amazing wasnt any hassle and was real friendly and helpful any question asked was answered and she was very patient. If your a first time renter this would be a great place to start as well 8 out of 10 for sure
