|Recommended: YesI’ve Lived Here A While And I Like Living Here. — All of my neighbors are friendly, the staff is friendly, and it’s typically quiet. I’ve lived in two different locations, and my first apartment was much quieter, simply because it was all one bedroom apartments, so there weren’t many people or children. Where I live now, there are more kids, so given that, it’s still fairly quiet. My apartment is nice. The staff made it a point to have the bathroom floors redone because the old floors were still decent, but I have a small son and they didn’t want him picking at anything that might have been chipping away. I like living here.

|Recommended: YesThe Good And The Bad — Was a great place to live. Would recommend it to other people. The only issue I had was just trying to get ahold of people in the office. Other than that once you got ahold of someone they were extremely helpful.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment And Amenities — I absolutely love the apartment , the layout , the amenities and the staff. The only drawback that I have , which is in no fault of the property management is that the trash around the property. On a few occasions, I have personally swept up around my location and have picked up the trash and discarded it. But its more about my fellow neighbors and not the property management .
|Recommended: YesGreat But Needs A Thing Or 2 Handled — Its good but they need to something about the lights outside my apartment thats been attracting bugs at night and that carpet needs to be cleaned it is filthy.
|Recommended: YesGreat Area — I love living at Christiana Reserve, my 3 children don't have far to walk for their bus stops and they have made friends enjoy the pool, it is pretty close to my job and stores for all my needs and it's pretty quiet around here. The staff is very friendly and caring especially Becky whom my kids and I love . The only issue I have is the fact that maintenance is unreliable due to the fact I called for emergency maintenance on July 17, 2019 for my washer now as of today 09 24 2019 nothing has been done which means I can not use my washer nor dryer.
|Recommended: YesNice Area, Spacious Unit — The community is pretty quiet. The grounds could be kept a little better but overall it's a nice place to live. I just moved in but so far any problem I've had the leasing office and maintenance have responded right away.

|Recommended: YesPerfect If You Like Quiet — It's a quiet little community that's right down the street from nearly anything you could want the public library, several shopping places, plenty of food places to go out with friends and family. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when we've had problems and been more than understanding or accommodating. I feel safe in the community and feel comfortable enough to walk anywhere I like--which is a huge plus for me. It's right by several bus stops as well for those who prefer taking public transport instead of driving as well.
